Goodreads:  Fans of the romantic hit Click: An Online Love Story will enjoy another voyeuristic dive into the lives of Renee, Shelley, Ashley, Mark and Ethan, as Double Click picks up with their lives six months later. Are Renee and Ethan soul mates? Does Mark ever go on a date? Has Shelley run out of sexual conquests in Los Angeles? Will Ashley's judgmental nature sabotage her budding relationship? Through a marriage proposal, wedding, new baby and unexpected love twist, Double Click answers these questions and more. Readers will continue to cheer, laugh, cry and cringe following the email exploits of Renee and friends.

Kritters Thoughts:  The second in a series and I was hoping to like this one more than the second and I did, but still didn't completely love it.

This series is told in the form of emails and I have read quite a few books in this format, but the first one just didn't completely do it for me.  I felt as though there I was missing something, so I was hoping that book two would feel better since I was already one book in knowing the characters.

I enjoyed this one more but for a different reason than I expected - the emails were longer!  The emails felt like they had more substance and I liked the few times where they said sorry missed your call and had to use email.  I felt as though it felt like a more fuller story.  I still would have enjoyed a little bit of the book told in a traditional narrative, but this book felt more full.

Tomorrow I will review the third book in the series.

Rating: enjoyable, but didn't leave me wanting more

Ebook 2018: 72 out of 100
