Kritters Thoughts: Set in the same suburb of New York and in the same elementary school with the same PTA moms, this is book three in a series that I highly suggest starting at book one before moving forward.
This book is different from the first two as it goes back in time to when these women first meet as moms of kindergartners. This book gives the reader the back ground information that I believe would have been helpful when reading the previous books. Going back in time and learning how these personalities all came together was so enlightening and would have given so much color to the previous books, but I was thankful to have one more book after this one to read with this knowledge.
This book is the rise of Jackie, the PTA president and how she came in like a tornado and shook things up. To see how she became a part of the PTA and the things she was willing to do just made me thankful that I do not have to deal with this type of politics in my life! Reading these books reminded me of reading about girls in middle school and the rivalries and back stabbing - goodness gracious!
Rating: absolutely enjoyed it and want a sequel
