It's Monday, What are you Reading? (66)

A great weekend with the boy and the parents - went to dinner at La Tasca and then off to Sixth & I for a signing for Giada's new cook book.  More on that next Saturday in a Ramble.

It was a great reading week, a few quiet nights made for some good reading time.  A wedding dress was purchased on Tuesday, one more thing off the long to do list!

Next week my reading will be all Sarah Pekkanen to prepare for a week of Pekkanen reviews - April 9-12.

A meme hosted by Sheila at BookJourney.

  1. I'm hoping to read the new Pekkanen novel soon too. I hope you enjoy it! Great concept, to review one author for a week. woohoo

    Have a great week!

  2. Love the title Chai Tea Sunday, lol. Enjoy your SP reading.

  3. The Opposite of Me sounds really interesting, I added it to my TBR list!

  4. Chai Tea Sunday is an interesting title!

  5. Kristan Higgins is the only author on the list that I have read. I glanced at some of your reviews this week and there were some good reads. (Sorry I didn't comment on them directly.)
Guess we'll have to wait to see the wedding dress?
    Have a happy week!

  6. A wedding dress! Congratulations on the upcoming event. You're definitely busy with planning.

My favorite read this week was Stuck on Earth by David Class. Please come see what else I'm reading.

  7. I'm hoping to start reading a Sarah Pekkanen book soon :)+New follower!

  8. There are a few on your list I've never heard of! I'll have to check them out! I hope you have a great week of reading! :)

  9. How exciting that you already have your wedding dress!

I'd love to read the Tiger's Wife. :)

  10. I have not read Sarah Pekkanen yet but you seem to enjoy her. I may have to get one here to tempt me.

    Have a great week!!

  11. Ohh Chai Tea? Gonna have to check that one out - lol.

Hope you have a great week!

  12. Yes, I don't think the boy reads the blog, but can't share the dress until after the wedding in August!

  13. You did have a great week! Congrats on finding a wedding dress. You got lots of reading done too. I have never read anything by Pekkanen. I hope you enjoy them. My Monday Report is here.

  14. Did you like The Tiger's Wife? I thought it was good, but suffered a bit because it was so hyped pre-publication.
Your visit to the Giada signing cracked me up - my four year old son has decided he wants to be a cook. Giada is his favorite chef to watch on the food network!

  15. I didn't love The Tiger's Wife, it ended alright, but it was a semi hard read which I don't always enjoy a book that is hard.
